Deposit & Booking Fee
We require a 25% deposit to guarantee your booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival, or at the time of booking if your stay is within 60 days.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 5% booking fee.

Available as Mr & Mrs, Mrs & Mrs or Mr & Mr. A lovely keepsake to use during your stay or take home as a gift.
Hot Tub Use
🛁 The private hot tub at Rose Cottage is available at £15 per stay. This gives guests the choice to include it as part of their break, and also allows us to switch it off if you would prefer not to use it.
Breakfast Hampers
🍳🥓 Breakfast hampers are available from our fabulous local shop, High Bickington Community Shop.
Tree Top Escape Wedding Guest Stays
🎊 Rose Cottage is ideal accommodation for guests attending weddings at Tree Top Escape, offering a relaxed and comfortable place to stay nearby.
Runaway Weddings
🎊 Elope to Millbrook with just the two of you or with up to 4 guests and marry in our Summer House on Millbrook Estate. Please only add the runaway package if you have been instructed to by one of the Millbrook team. Please call Meg, Nicola or Bob on 01769 629069 for more information on this package and price. Private Dining & BBQ House
🍽️ Private Dining costs £85 for use of the Summer House at Millbrook. We will provide details of our private chefs, who you will pay directly for any food provided.
🔥 BBQ House at Millbrook – available at £35 for 2 to 4 guests, plus £5 for each additional guest up to 10. Located in the woods, this indoor BBQ is ideal for the colder months. We provide the charcoal for you to light it. Plastic plates and glasses are provided, but not food or drink.
Allergies & Preferences
⚠️ Please let us know about any allergies before arrival. All bedding is just-like-down and suitable for allergy sufferers. Feather pillows are also available and can be selected at the time of booking.
🍞 We can provide a gluten-free cake, which is also vegan, as an alternative to our locally made cake. Please select this option at the time of booking if you would prefer this.
