Lakeview is our spacious open-plan apartment with its own private garden and hot tub overlooking the Devon countryside. It's dog-friendly (two dogs welcome), so your four-legged friends can come along too.
Inside, you've got a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge with Sonos sound system and smart TV. Outside, your private garden has a hot tub, BBQ area, and views across the fields – perfect for lazy evenings with a glass of wine.
You've also got the whole 32-acre estate to explore – woodland walks, lakes, and walking trails right from your door. Our private coarse fishing lake is exclusively available to guests staying on the estate.

Corncott is a spacious first-floor apartment at the top of our old corn mill, with views across the estate from every window. It's beautifully done – original beams, a unique water wheel feature window, king-size bed, and a stunning freestanding bath right in the bedroom.

The Loft
The Loft sits right at the top of our old corn mill with spectacular views across the estate. It's bright and spacious with vaulted oak-beamed ceilings, a galleried kitchen, and windows that frame the woodland beautifully.
You've got a king-size bed, a gorgeous modern bathroom, and a comfortable lounge where the views do all the talking. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, or you can book one of our private dining experiences in the Summer House.

The Wheel Room is our ground-floor apartment in the old corn mill, perfect for couples who want to bring their dog along (we welcome up to two dogs — see our dog-friendly breaks page for full details).
It's spacious and comfortable with high ceilings, a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy lounge with views across the estate. Being on the ground floor means easy access to the gardens and woodland – ideal for morning walks with your dog.

Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage is a beautifully restored 400-year-old thatched cottage tucked away in the Devon countryside, just a short walk from Millbrook Estate. It's chocolate-box pretty with exposed beams, a wood burner, and original character throughout.
You've got a king-size bedroom, a cosy sitting room with Smart TV and Sonos sound system, and a modern kitchen with everything you need. Outside, there's a private hot tub in the garden where you can soak under the stars – proper countryside peace and quiet.
Rose Cottage comes with full access to Millbrook's 32-acre estate, including the lakes, woodland trails, alpacas, and all our facilities — including the private fishing lake. 🌲 Woodland Hot Tub Cabin 🛁
Guests staying in The Wheel Room, The Loft, or Corncott can book exclusive use of our hot tub cabin in the woods.
It's tucked away among the trees with a lit woodland path to guide you there – magical in the evenings. When you book a session, the hot tub is yours for the entire afternoon and evening, so you can relax without being disturbed.
We'll send you a booking link 7 days before your arrival so you can reserve your preferred evening. Sessions are £15 each. Dogs are very welcome in the cabin too.
🏞 Lakeview & Rose Cottage — Private Hot Tubs 🛁
Lakeview and Rose Cottage each have their own completely private hot tub in the garden — yours for your entire stay, day or night, with no booking slots needed.
We clean and refill with fresh hot water from our biomass boiler before every arrival, so your hot tub is warm, clean, and ready to enjoy from the moment you get here.
We charge £25 to cover heating costs. Soak in the tub while you watch the lambs in the field next door – and on clear nights, the stars are incredible.
🍷 Unwind and Recharge 🎶
Settle into the hot tub with a (plastic) glass of wine and your favourite music playing through the Alexa speaker in the woods. The LED starlight ceiling makes it feel properly magical – perfect for switching off and spending time together. Why not make an evening of it with a private dinner in the Summer House beforehand?

From the moment you arrive. We clean and refill your hot tub with fresh water from our biomass boiler before every stay, so it's warm and ready to enjoy straight away.
💚 Why Do We Charge for the Hot Tub?
We want every guest to feel fairly treated — so we only charge for the hot tub if you actually want to use it. Rather than baking the cost into the overall price, we add it separately so that couples who'd prefer not to use the hot tub aren't paying for something they don't need.
There's an environmental reason too. Keeping a hot tub at full temperature around the clock uses a significant amount of energy. If we know you won't be using yours, we can dial it right down and reduce our energy consumption — which matters to us. Millbrook is heated by a biomass boiler and we're committed to running the estate as sustainably as we can.
So if you'd rather skip the hot tub, just let us know when you book and we'll remove it from your reservation — no questions asked. If you change your mind once you arrive, we'll do our best to get it heated up for you.
