Lakeview
Lakeview is our spacious open-plan apartment with its own private garden and hot tub overlooking the Devon countryside. It's dog-friendly (two dogs welcome), so your four-legged friends can come along too.
Inside, you've got a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge with Sonos sound system and smart TV. Outside, your private garden has a hot tub, BBQ area, and views across the fields – perfect for lazy evenings with a glass of wine.
You've also got the whole estate to explore – 32 acres of woodland, lakes, and walking trails right from your door.

Corncott
Corncott is a spacious first-floor apartment at the top of our old corn mill, with views across the estate from every window. It's beautifully done – original beams, a unique water wheel feature window, king-size bed, and a stunning freestanding bath right in the bedroom.
You've got a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and access to our 32-acre estate with woodland walks, lakes, and alpacas. Book an evening in our woodland hot tub cabin for a magical escape under the stars.
It's peaceful, romantic, and ridiculously good value for a 5-star Gold property.

Pulley Mill
Pulley Mill sits right at the top of our old corn mill with spectacular views across the estate. It's bright and spacious with vaulted oak-beamed ceilings, a galleried kitchen, and windows that frame the woodland beautifully.
You've got a king-size bed, a gorgeous modern bathroom, and a comfortable lounge where the views do all the talking. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, or you can book one of our dining experiences in the Summer House.
Step outside and you've got 32 acres to explore – woodland walks, lakeside spots, and alpacas to visit. Book an evening in our woodland hot tub cabin and you've got everything you need for a proper romantic escape.

Wheel Room
The Wheel Room is our ground-floor apartment in the old corn mill, perfect for couples who want to bring their dog along (we welcome up to two dogs here).
It's spacious and comfortable with high ceilings, a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy lounge with views across the estate. Being on the ground floor means easy access to the gardens and woodland – ideal for morning walks with your dog.
Book an evening in our woodland hot tub cabin, where dogs are welcome too, so you can all relax together.

Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage is a beautifully restored 400-year-old thatched cottage tucked away in the Devon countryside, just a short walk from Millbrook Estate. It's chocolate-box pretty with exposed beams, a wood burner, and original character throughout.
You've got a king-size bedroom, a cosy sitting room with Smart TV and Sonos sound system, and a modern kitchen with everything you need. Outside, there's a private hot tub in the garden where you can soak under the stars – proper countryside peace and quiet.
Rose Cottage comes with full access to Millbrook's 32-acre estate, including the lakes, woodland trails, alpacas, and all our facilities. Direct access to the Tarka Trail means you're perfectly placed for exploring North Devon.

🌲 Hot tub experiences for two 🛁
Guests staying in The Wheel Room, Pulley Mill, or Corncott can book exclusive use of our hot tub cabin in the woods.
It's tucked away among the trees with a lit woodland path to guide you there – magical in the evenings. When you book a session, the hot tub is yours for the entire afternoon and evening, so you can relax without being disturbed.
We charge £5 per session to cover energy costs and guarantee your slot. We'll send you a link to pre-book your preferred time before you arrive.
🏞 Lakeview and Rose Cottage's Exclusive Hot Tub Retreat 🛁
Lakeview and Rose Cottage have their own private hot tub in the garden, so it's yours for your entire stay.
We charge £15 to cover the energy costs of heating it. Soak in the tub while you watch the lambs in the field next door – and on clear nights, the stars are incredible.
🍷 Unwind and Recharge 🎶
Settle into the hot tub with a (plastic) glass of wine and your favourite music playing through the Alexa speaker in the woods. The LED starlight ceiling makes it feel properly magical – perfect for switching off and spending time together.
🌠 Starry Nights Await ✨
Look up and lose yourself in the enchanting LED optical star ceiling, adorned with 480 individual LED stars 🌟. It's a sight to behold, with shimmering stars that add a touch of magic to your hot tub experience. Many of our guests have been astounded by this captivating feature. Consider bringing a bottle of champagne from our honesty bar 🥂, along with the provided plastic glasses, and let the stars be your witness to an unforgettable evening 🌙.
📅 How it Works 🛀
A hot tub fee is automatically added to your reservation (£5 for woodland hot tub cabin sessions, £15 for Lakeview's and Rose Cottages private hot tub). If you don't want to use the hot tub, just let us know and we'll remove it.
For Wheel Room, Pulley Mill, and Corncott guests: We'll send you a booking link six days before arrival so you can reserve your exclusive hot tub cabin sessions:
3-night stay: one evening session included
7-night stay: two evening sessions included
For Lakeview and Rose Cottage guests: Your private hot tub in the garden is yours for your entire stay – no need to book time slots.
