Once inside Corncott, there is level access throughout, except for a small step into the shower and bathroom area. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 5% booking fee.

🌿 Not using the hot tub? Just let us know — we'll turn it down for your stay and remove it from your booking. A small way to keep things a little more eco-friendly.

🍽️ Private Dining costs £85 for use of the Summer House at Millbrook Cottages. We will provide details of our private chefs, whom you will pay directly for any food provided.
🔥 BBQ House at Millbrook — available at £45 (for 2 to 4 guests, plus £5 per additional guest up to 10). Located in the woods on the Millbrook Estate, this is an indoor BBQ ideal for the colder months. We provide the charcoal. Plastic plates and glasses are provided, but not food or drink.
🧖♀️ Wood-Fired Sauna Experience — available for £25 for the whole evening. Enjoy exclusive use of our wood-fired sauna and outdoor area, surrounded by the beautiful North Devon countryside, booked just for the two of you.
