DEPOSIT & BOOKING FEE

We require a 25% deposit to guarentee your booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival or on booking if less than this time till you arrive.

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 5% booking fee.

EV Charging

We have a Voltshare 7kw type 2 charger for our guests to use.

Please install the VOLTSHARE (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) app before you arrive and all you need to do is plug your car in and scan the QR code on the front of the charger.

Runaway Weddings

Get married at our summer house on Millbrook Estate - Please only add the runaway package if you have been instructed to by one of the Millbrook team. Private Dining & BBQ House

Private Dining costs £85 for use of the Summer House at Millbrook- We will provide details of our private chefs whom you will pay directly for any food provided.

BBQ house at Millbrook - Available at £35 (for 2 to 4 guests and £5 for every guest after this up to 10). Located in the woods its an inside BBQ ideal for the colder months. We will provide charcoal for you to light it. Plastic plates and glasses are provided but not food or drink.

ALLERGIES

Please inform us of any allergies before arrival. All bedding is just like down and suitable for allergy suffers, we do offer feather pillows and these can be selected on booking.
We can provide a gluten free cake (that is also vegan) as an alternative to our locally made cake, please select this option if this what you would prefer.
